Accommodation price list
This page includes the current prices for all Magnolia mobile homes, from intimate cottages for two to spacious family accommodation. Prices include comfortable stays in the nature of Bela krajina, carefully equipped mobile homes and all essential services for a carefree getaway by the Kolpa River. Below, you can easily choose the mobile home and dates that best suit your holiday style.
Magnolia price list

Standard Rate 160,00 €
Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 13–0 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged (this does not apply to reservations made at the “Non-refundable Rate”). If the guest does not check in to the mobile home, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

The rental price includes rental of the mobile home with all associated equipment, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
Minimum number of nights:
-low season: 2 nights,
-high season: 3 nights.
For shorter stays, a surcharge of 30% per night applies.
The rental price does not include pets.
The price does not include tourist tax and registration fee, which are paid at the resort reception (according to the valid BIG BERRY resort price list).
The valid price list is published on the website magnoliahouse.si. VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 94, paragraph 1 of the Value Added Tax Act.

Reservation
Submitting a reservation
A mobile home reservation can be made in several ways: by email, by phone, via the reservation form on the website, etc. If you would like an offer at a non-refundable rate, please state this in the reservation note.
Reservation in progress
After the tenant receives a confirmation email at the provided email address with all reservation details and a valid offer / proforma invoice.
Reservation confirmed
The contract is concluded and the reservation is confirmed only once the advance payment or the full amount stated in the offer has been paid. If we do not receive the payment, the reservation is considered not to have been submitted.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out: €10 per hour.
Payment terms
The advance payment of 30% of the reservation amount must be paid within 14 days after submitting the reservation. If the payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
For short-term reservations, the full amount must be paid immediately after the confirmation and proforma invoice have been sent.
The reservation is fully confirmed once the full payment has been received from the tenant.
