The peaceful surroundings by the Kolpa, a pleasant ambience and a feeling of complete privacy create a place where time stands still for a moment.
BB LUXURY WELLNESS is located within the BIG BERRY resort at Primostek 50, Gradac, where a relaxing wellness experience awaits you surrounded by nature.
Available are an infrared, Finnish or herbal sauna, a luxurious hot tub and loungers for complete relaxation. Various massages and therapeutic treatments are also available for total relaxation and regeneration.
The entire experience is designed for couples, friends or anyone who wishes to enjoy a few hours of peace, warmth and pampering by the Kolpa.

Reservation
To visit the private BB LUXURY WELLNESS or book any additional wellness services, it is necessary to reserve your appointment at least one day before arrival by phone at +386 51 891 381 or via e-mail at anja@magnoliahouse.si. The reservation is confirmed once the payment stated in the offer has been transferred to the bank account listed in the offer.
Use of the wellness is possible only with the booking of a complete 2-hour or 3-hour package. Additional services, such as massages, can also be booked without renting the wellness area. Massages can be performed in the mobile home or in nature by the Kolpa River.
On the day of your reservation, please arrive in front of the wellness area, where the staff will escort you to the space.
Each additional hour of wellness use or delayed departure is additionally charged according to the valid price list.
Cancellations and delays
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved appointment. Otherwise, 50% of the service value will be charged.
In case of late arrival to the reserved appointment, the full service value will be charged. When making a reservation, we kindly ask for your personal details and contact phone number.
The service can be paid in cash upon arrival or in advance via pro forma invoice.
