Shared breakfasts on the terrace, children’s laughter, and the peaceful surroundings by the Kolpa River create the perfect setting for a relaxing family getaway or enjoyable holidays with friends.
The home includes two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a large 200 × 200 cm double bed, while the second features a bunk bed (100 × 200), ideal for children or friends.
The living area includes a sofa that can be used as an additional bed for one guest, providing flexible accommodation options, as well as a television with access to Netflix, YouTube, and other applications for entertainment and relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishes, cutlery, a refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Outside, the home offers a spacious terrace with a Weber grill, dining table for outdoor meals, and a hot tub that allows you to fully relax while enjoying beautiful views of the Kolpa River.
The home is equipped with air conditioning for comfortable stays throughout all seasons. Free parking for one car is provided, and pets are more than welcome.
Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price to ensure a completely carefree stay. A baby cot can also be provided upon request.

The home offers 34 m² of space and can accommodate 4+1 guests.

Pets
Pets are welcome. An additional fee of €10 per day applies for one pet.
Large terrace
The terrace stretches along the entire length of the home and includes a large hot tub, dining table, and outdoor kitchen with a Weber grill.

Equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, and cooking hob.
Air conditioning
Recuperation air conditioning system that also provides heating during colder days.

Available throughout the entire resort. Password: bigberry.
Two bedrooms
The master bedroom includes a 200 cm bed, while the smaller bedroom features a bunk bed. Both rooms also include wardrobes.
Bathroom
Equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and basic first aid essentials.
Parking
Free parking for one car is available in the designated parking area.
Hot tub
A private hot tub is available on the terrace. Additional fee for use: €30 per day.
The home is located in a peaceful and more secluded part of the resort, away from the main activity area, restaurant, and central beach.
Its location offers plenty of peace and privacy, allowing for a relaxing stay without noise and crowds, while still being close to the natural beauty of the Kolpa River.
Reservation
Booking request
A reservation for a mobile home can be made in several ways – via email, phone call, or through the booking form on the website. If you would like a non-refundable rate, please mention this in the reservation note.
Reservation in progress
The reservation process begins once the guest receives a confirmation email with all reservation details and a valid offer / proforma invoice.
Reservation confirmed
The contract is considered concluded and the reservation confirmed only after the deposit or the full amount stated on the offer has been paid. If the payment is not received, the reservation is considered incomplete.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is available at an additional cost of €10 per hour.
Payment terms
Within 14 days after submitting the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount must be paid. If the payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival.
For short-term reservations, the full amount must be paid immediately after receiving the booking confirmation and proforma invoice.
The reservation is fully confirmed once the full payment has been received from the guest.
