MAGNOLIA XL is a spacious and elegant mobile home with 34 m² of interior space and a large terrace.
The home features two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a large 200 cm double bed, while the smaller bedroom offers a 160 cm bed with an additional bunk bed (80 × 200), allowing comfortable accommodation for several guests. Both bedrooms include wardrobes with hangers and storage shelves.
The central living area welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, comfortable sofa, and television, perfect for relaxed evenings together. The kitchen includes everything you need – dishes, cutlery, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
The bathroom features a modern walk-in shower, toilet, sink, practical storage shelf for toiletries, and a hairdryer, ensuring everything you need is always within reach.
MAGNOLIA XL also offers a spacious covered terrace. On one side, you will find a large dining table and an outdoor kitchen for shared meals outdoors, while on the other side awaits a luxurious hot tub where you can fully relax with direct views of the Kolpa River.
The home is equipped with air conditioning for comfortable stays throughout the year. Free parking for one car is provided, and pets are more than welcome.
Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price to ensure a completely carefree stay. A baby cot can also be provided upon request.

The terrace stretches along the entire length of the home and includes a large hot tub, dining table, and outdoor kitchen with a Weber grill.

Equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, and cooking hob.
Air conditioning
Recuperation air conditioning system that also provides heating during colder days.
Wi-Fi
Available throughout the entire resort. Password: bigberry.

Reservation
Booking request
A reservation for a mobile home can be made in several ways – via email, phone call, or through the booking form on the website. If you would like a non-refundable rate, please mention this in the reservation note.
Reservation in progress
The reservation process begins once the guest receives a confirmation email with all reservation details and a valid offer / proforma invoice.
Reservation confirmed
The contract is considered concluded and the reservation confirmed only after the deposit or the full amount stated on the offer has been paid. If the payment is not received, the reservation is considered incomplete.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is available at an additional cost of €10 per hour.
Payment terms
Within 14 days after submitting the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount must be paid. If the payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival.
For short-term reservations, the full amount must be paid immediately after receiving the booking confirmation and proforma invoice.
The reservation is fully confirmed once the full payment has been received from the guest.
