MAGNOLIA HOUSE by the RIVER
The home offers 24 m² of interior space and a spacious covered terrace. Inside, there are two bedrooms. One is furnished with a comfortable 160 cm double bed, while the second includes a 140 cm bed, allowing a pleasant stay for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Both bedrooms include wardrobes with hangers and storage shelves.
The central living area features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need – dishes, cutlery, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is also a foldable dining table, a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed, and a TV for relaxing evenings and shared moments together.
The bathroom includes a shower with both rainfall and classic shower options, toilet, sink, storage shelf for toiletries, and a hairdryer, so everything you need is always within reach.
MAGNOLIA also features a spacious covered terrace stretching along the entire length of the home. On one side, you will find a large dining table for outdoor meals, while the other side includes an outdoor kitchen with a grill. All this is complemented by relaxing moments and beautiful views of the Kolpa River.
The home is equipped with air conditioning for comfortable stays throughout the year. Free parking for one car is provided for each home, and pets are welcome as well.
Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price to ensure a completely carefree stay. The sofa in the living area can be converted into an extra bed if needed, and a baby cot can also be provided upon request.

Free parking for one car is available in the designated parking area.

The home is located in a peaceful part of the resort, away from the main activity area, restaurant, and central beach. Its location offers plenty of peace and privacy, allowing for a relaxing stay away from noise and crowds, while still being close to the natural beauty of the Kolpa River.
Booking request
A reservation for a mobile home can be made in several ways – via email, phone call, or through the booking form on the website. If you would like a non-refundable rate, please mention this in the reservation note.
RReservation in progress
The reservation process begins once the guest receives a confirmation email with all reservation details and a valid offer / proforma invoice.
Reservation confirmed
The contract is considered concluded and the reservation confirmed only after the deposit or the full amount stated on the offer has been paid. If the payment is not received, the reservation is considered incomplete.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is available at an additional cost of €10 per hour.
Payment terms
Within 14 days after submitting the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount must be paid. If the payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival.
For short-term reservations, the full amount must be paid immediately after receiving the booking confirmation and proforma invoice.
The reservation is fully confirmed once the full payment has been received from the guest.
