MAGNOLIA is a mobile home located by the Kolpa River in the village of Primostek, Bela krajina. It can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children and offers a spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen for relaxing moments outdoors. It is an ideal choice for families looking for a carefree getaway and quality time together in nature.
MAGNOLIA BB4 is a comfortable mobile home for up to four guests, perfect for a family getaway or relaxed holidays with friends. Located in the heart of the BIG BERRY resort by the Kolpa River, it offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation, outdoor activities, and enjoying nature throughout the year.

MAGNOLIA BB2 is a smaller yet charming mobile home designed as the perfect romantic retreat for two. Created for couples seeking peace, privacy, and quality time together, it offers a relaxing escape where nature takes the lead. Here, days slow down, evenings become quieter, and every moment feels more special.

MAGNOLIA homes are designed as a cozy home in nature, with spaces that breathe and carefully selected amenities that ensure a relaxing and carefree stay. Every corner is thoughtfully arranged so guests can fully unwind, whether enjoying morning coffee on the terrace or peaceful evenings indoors.
Large terrace
The terrace stretches along the entire length of the home and includes a lounge area and dining table.

Inverter air conditioning provides cooling in summer and heating during colder days.

Peds
Pets are welcome. An additional fee of €10 per day applies for one pet.

As the famous Slovenian song says, “From Goričko to Piran” – and that somehow describes our journey. During one of our holidays in Goriška Brda, the first ideas about a mobile home began to appear. Not just any home, but a home with soul. A place where you feel truly at home. Like the smell of the best homemade strudel, freshly cut grass, or the warm embrace of a little niece waiting for you.
And so, our trip through Brda ended with a new adventure to Bela krajina, a region we had not really explored before. After visiting the BIG BERRY resort, we already knew on the drive back to Maribor that this was it. A home in Bela krajina, by the Kolpa River.
