The home features two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and bedside table, and the smaller bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Both rooms include wardrobes with hangers and storage shelves. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with both rainfall and classic shower options, toilet, sink, practical storage shelf for toiletries, and a hairdryer. The central living area includes a kitchen, foldable dining table, comfortable sofa, and television. One of the favorite parts of the home is the spacious terrace stretching along the entire length of the house, featuring a large solid dining table on one side and a lounge corner on the other, both with beautiful direct views of the Kolpa River. Pets are allowed.

The rental price includes:

Additional charges:

• one pet €10 per day

The bathroom is equipped with a modern walk-in shower, toilet, sink, practical storage shelf for toiletries, and a hairdryer. The central living area includes a kitchen, dining table, comfortable sofa, and television. One of the favorite parts of the home is the spacious terrace stretching along the entire length of the house, featuring a large solid dining table on one side and a large hot tub for 5 people on the other, both with beautiful direct views of the Kolpa River. Pets are allowed.

Booking request

A reservation for a mobile home can be made in several ways – via email, phone call, or through the booking form on the website. If you would like a non-refundable rate, please mention this in the reservation note.

Reservation in progress

The reservation process begins once the guest receives a confirmation email with all reservation details and a valid offer / proforma invoice.

Reservation confirmed

The contract is considered concluded and the reservation confirmed only after the deposit or the full amount stated on the offer has been paid. If the payment is not received, the reservation is considered incomplete.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out is until 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out is available at an additional cost of €10 per hour.

Payment terms

Within 14 days after submitting the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount must be paid. If the payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival.
For short-term reservations, the full amount must be paid immediately after receiving the booking confirmation and proforma invoice.
The reservation is fully confirmed once the full payment has been received from the guest.
